Return Policy

Below you’ll find frequently asked questions and answers regarding our return policy. If your question isn’t listed below, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help you.

An item is missing from my order
Although we work hard to make your order as secure and fast as possible, problems can unfortunately arise. If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible. Please note that you must keep the original packaging for any investigation. All packaging and order handling are monitored by cameras, and all packages are weighed along the way to your delivery location so we can quickly identify where the problem occurred and work to improve the process to prevent it from happening again.

I received the wrong product
If you received the wrong product in your shipment, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You should therefore check your products when you receive them to verify that everything has been delivered correctly. If we are notified of this more than 14 days after delivery, VN Vinyls reserves the right to refuse a return, replacement, or cancellation of the purchase. VN Vinyls will, of course, cover all shipping costs if we sent you the wrong item.

Claims for Damaged Products
Email us via the contact form with your order number and a description of the product’s defect. Once your return request has been approved, please send the product to:

We will inspect the damage and send you a replacement immediately if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you before taking further action. We typically process complaints within 5–10 business days, depending on our workload.

Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to return your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened and unused.
Products that are cut to order and sold by the meter are generally not covered by the right to return.
Once we’ve confirmed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we’ll refund the purchase price within 30 days. As the customer, you’re only responsible for the return shipping costs to us.
It is important that you pack the return carefully, as the product must be in like-new condition when it arrives at our facility.
Handle the product’s packaging with care. The items are usually sold in custom-made packaging designed to protect them and display images and information about the product. The product packaging typically also includes a product description.
Since the packaging is often unique to each item, it must be in good condition for a full refund to be issued in the event of a return.
We therefore ask you, as a customer, to handle the packaging with care so that it does not sustain more damage than is necessary to inspect the product in case you wish to cancel your purchase.

To make a return as a consumer under the right of withdrawal, follow the steps below:
1. Contact us at VN Vinyls within 2 weeks of receiving your order and let us know that you wish to return one or more items.

2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and wrap them properly. Include your order number in the package.

3. Send your return as a business package to: VN Vinyls AB, Hyvelgatan 39b, 74171 Knivsta. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may choose which shipping carrier to use. Please note that we can only accept business packages with door-to-door delivery; we CANNOT accept packages sent to a pickup location.

4. VN Vinyls offers prepaid return shipping labels according to the following rates:

Returns up to 3 kg: 150 SEK.
Returns up to 10 kg that are not bulky: 200 SEK
Bulky returns (over 10 kg or over 120 cm): starting at 300 SEK
If you use our return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have approved your return and verified that the product and its packaging are in good condition, a refund will be issued via the payment method you used when placing your order with us.

6. If the product, original box, or other original packaging is damaged or missing, the refund may be reduced by an amount corresponding to the decrease in value, since the product can no longer be considered new.

Shipping Damage
If the box is broken or opened upon delivery, contact your delivery location immediately when you pick up the package. They have forms available for reporting damage. Contact our Customer Service if you need help, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind immediately after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service right away via email or phone. If we have already shipped your order or if your order has been packaged, you cannot cancel it; instead, you must return the package to us. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you do not pick up your order, you will be charged to cover our overhead costs.
