Give your car professional-grade protection with the DIAMOND PROTECH – WRAP KIT. This advanced nano-diamond-based coating is designed to protect surfaces such as self-healing paint protection films (PPF) and vinyl wraps. With up to 18 months of hydrophobic protection, it preserves your car’s appearance and makes cleaning easier.

Kit contents:

• Diamond Wrap (30 ml): Main product for applying the protection to vinyl and PPF surfaces.
• Diamond Body Prep (100 ml with spray bottle): A prep product for cleaning and preparing surfaces before applying the Diamond Wrap coating.
• Applicator pad: For even and effective application of Diamond Wrap.
• Microfiber cloth: For polishing and removing excess product after application.
• Protective gloves: To protect your hands during the application process.

Application Instructions:

1. Prepare the surface: Thoroughly clean vinyl or PPF surfaces with Diamond Body Prep and a microfiber cloth to remove dirt, grease, and previous coatings.
2. Apply Diamond Wrap: Shake the bottle well for 15 seconds. Apply 15–20 drops of Diamond Wrap to the applicator pad. Work in sections of 1–2 surfaces at a time.
3. Wait for the haze: After 1–3 minutes, a grayish film (haze) will form on the surface. This indicates that the protection is ready to be removed.
4. Polish the surface: Use a clean microfiber cloth to polish the surface and remove any excess product.
5. Allow to cure: Let the treated surface cure for at least 1 hour before exposing the car to the weather or water.

Important Instructions:

• Temperature: Apply at temperatures between 10–30°C.
• Humidity: Avoid application when humidity exceeds 70%.
• Surface: For vinyl and PPF surfaces only.
• Protection: Always wear protective gloves during application.
