Steinel HL 2020 E Hot Air Gun

The Steinel HL 2020 E has everything its little brother, the HL 1920 E, has—but with a digital temperature display showing in 10°C increments and a maximum operating temperature of 630°C. The temperature is controlled and regulated by a microprocessor, ensuring safe and precise operation. The Steinel HL 2020 E is the perfect heat gun for anyone who needs to apply vinyl, install window tint, or apply car decals. But it also serves as a true problem-solver; when used with accessories, it can be employed for paint removal, drying, soft soldering of copper tubing, curing, loosening adhesive joints, and more.
It can also be used for welding mat seams, foil welding, heat-shrink tubing, mirror welding, and more.
In addition, Steinel’s new accessory, the HL Scan temperature scanner, can be mounted on the HL 2020 E.

The HL 2020 E is equipped with an ergonomic soft-grip handle and dual overheating protection. The air intake to the motor is protected by a filter (which can be easily cleaned), preventing objects from entering the motor and thermocouple. The HL 2020 E also features an optical residual heat warning indicator that alerts the user if the exhaust nozzle is still hot when the gun is no longer in use.

The power cord can be easily replaced if it becomes worn or damaged. The top of the gun is equipped with a hanging loop.
